Your adventure begins with an early breakfast in Mombasa before embarking on a scenic drive to Tsavo East National Park. En route, you'll enjoy a game drive, offering your first glimpse of Kenya's diverse wildlife. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, after which you'll set out for an afternoon game drive in the magnificent savannah. Tsavo East is renowned for its "red elephants," so named due to the park's distinctive red soil. You'll also have the opportunity to marvel at the world's longest lava flow, the Yatta Plateau, and visit other notable landmarks such as Lugard Falls, Aruba Dam, and Mudanda Rock. As the day winds down, return to your lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, bid farewell to Tsavo East and journey to Amboseli National Park, nestled at the foot of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll arrive in time for lunch at your accommodation. The afternoon brings an exciting game-viewing drive, where you'll have the chance to spot elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, and various other wildlife against the backdrop of Africa's highest peak. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and unparalleled views of Kilimanjaro, offering spectacular photo opportunities. As the sun sets, return to Amboseli Sopa Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
Rise early for a final morning game drive in Amboseli, taking in the park's beauty as it awakens. Return to the lodge for a late breakfast before bidding "Kwaheri" (goodbye) to Amboseli. Your journey then takes you to Nairobi, Kenya's bustling capital. Upon arrival, you'll have lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, known for its unique dining experience and variety of exotic meats. After lunch, you'll be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport, marking the end of your safari adventure.
